Return Policy

For already made Therapeutic Gemstone Necklaces:

All our necklaces will be sealed in see through bags.

We will accept a return within 7 days after arrival of the package (at your place)

in the original sealed bags.

Once the see through bag has been opened we do not accept any return.

For custom made (prescription) Therapeutic Gemstone Necklaces: No Returns

For energy infused items (either necklaces or tools) : No Returns

For Items on special or discounted: No Returns

For Liquids and other tools shown on web: No returns.

Shipping fees are not refunded.

Repairs

Repair of every necklace where the beads are individually knotted

and in multi gem designs containing various safety knots $24 repair fee.

Simple strung necklaces with a safety knot of every 3-5 inches $16 repair fee.

Any replacement beads or lock are charged separately.

Return shipping charges will apply (minimum $7.50).

Repairs include reactivation and rejuvenation of the beads.

Repairs are not offered on faceted strands.

Please note: Repairs are made based on our discretion and we reserve the right to not make repairs.

All necklaces must arrive washed. If strand is broken simply tie a knot in it and still wash it.

We will send back unwashed repairs unrepaired and still charge the return shipping fee.
